1. What is Woven Society?

Woven Society is a retail site that simplifies your life, one item at a time. Our editors and curators scour the globe for high quality, long lasting, small batch product.  Whether it’s the best of independent brands you haven’t heard about yet or brands you already know and love, they’re unique items we believe in from companies we support (see: Our Philosophy, below).

So come on in and look around a bit.  The longer you stay, the more you’ll get it. 

2. Who are your curators, and why should I care about what they have to tell me?

Our carefully chosen curators are people who share our philosophy, and who we trust to help you make informed decisions on what you choose to surround yourself with.  They’re experts in their fields, and even when suggesting products that fall outside those fields, you can rest assured they know what they’re talking about based on their vast experiences. 

3.  So what’s your philosophy, then?

We believe you can live well with less, as long as you surround yourself with high-quality, well-made product.  We believe you can make smart purchasing decisions, and think about what you’re buying, instead of just reacting to the latest trend or must-have product.  We believe your product should last as long as you want it to. We only offer product that we would – or have! – used ourselves. 


4.  Hey, I share that philosophy.  Can I become a curator?

1.  I’m a registered user, and forgot my password.  What should I do?

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. Just click here and we’ll help you out. 


2.  I’m a registered user.  How do I change my personal information, like shipping/billing info?

Easy just log into your account and you can update it all right there. 


1.  How much is shipping?

Because we like you, UPS Ground shipping is free for all orders over $50.00.  For under $50.00, regular UPS Ground rates apply on check out.  


2.  How is my stuff being shipped?

Right now, we only ship ship via UPS Ground. 


3.  When do products ship?

Most items ship within 72 hours of the time you place your order.  However, some sale items and custom items may require longer shipping periods, which will be indicated in the Sales & Delivery Info section on the product page.  


4.  Will all products arrive at the same time?

Yes, and they’ll be delivered on a unicorn.  Just kidding.  Depending upon availability, items may ship at different times, but we'll always let you know in your shipping confirmation email.


5.  Can I track my package?

Yes, you’ll get a UPS tracking number once your product is shipped via your shipping confirmation email.


6.  Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Unfortunately, at this time we can’t ship outside the U.S.  We’re working on changing that, so check back soon.


1.  What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard & Discover.


2.  What about sales tax?

Each state has its own sales tax laws, and all applicable tax is applied upon check out. 


1.  Hate to say it, but I’m bummed with my product.  What’s your return policy?

That’s cool, it happens sometimes. We’re happy to issue a full refund in the form of your original payment within 14 days after the receipt of your item, excluding Sale items and items purchased with the use of discount codes.  Please CLICK HERE for our full return policy and fun legalese. 

2.  I’m not totally bummed with my product, but I think I’d rather have something else instead. What’s your exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we can't offer exchanges at this time.  But you're absolutely welcome to return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, and then buy another awesome item.
