Return Policy


Bought a purple sweater and it turns out you look terrible in purple? Significant other surprised you with the same pair of skis for your birthday? That’s okay, it happens. While we aim to only stock high quality product we think you’ll love, we also understand there are times you might want to send something back.

  1. We are happy to issue a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) if the product is returned within 14 days of its receipt.
  2. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment, for the actual amount paid, excluding shipping, handling and tax.
  3. Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned in the original packing materials.
  4. Sale items or Custom items are considered final sales and cannot be returned for a refund. 
  5. Use of Discount Codes of 30% or Greater will be considered Final Sales: those items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  6. Sorry but return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
  7. Sorry again – due to the nature of our often custom and hard-to-find product, we can’t offer exchanges. 

To request a refund, just do this:
  1. Contact our Returns department at returns@wovensociety.com. Be sure to include your name and order number, as well as the reason for your return so we can help serve you better in the future.
  2. We’ll email you a UPS return label to put on the box, as well as a return packing slip that must go inside the box with your item and all original packing materials. Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned in the original packing materials.
